Lockton is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Yow as Head of People Solutions, Hong Kong, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in employee benefits, health, wellbeing, and people risk advisory services.
Victoria joins Lockton with more than 15 years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, and client advisory across Asia. She brings a strong track record of driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions that help organizations support and engage their people.
Prior to joining Lockton, Victoria served as General Manager, Hong Kong, at Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Limited, where she led a team of more than 120 professionals and was responsible for business strategy, client solutions, operations, and commercial performance. Under her leadership, the business achieved sustained double-digit growth while maintaining strong client retention and service excellence.
Victoria's experience also includes senior leadership positions at Cigna, where she held regional and local business development roles across Asia Pacific, as well as leadership positions at Mercer, Now Health International, and AIA Singapore. Throughout her career, she has partnered with multinational organizations across the region to design and deliver employee benefits strategies that support workforce wellbeing, talent attraction, and business resilience.
In her new role, Victoria will lead Lockton's People Solutions business in Hong Kong, working closely with clients to navigate an evolving benefits landscape and develop strategies that address the changing needs of employers and employees. She will also collaborate across Lockton's regional network to bring global insights and innovative solutions to clients in Hong Kong and across Asia.
