Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Marist College, Poughkeepsie NY, followed by Juris Doctor from the University of California. Anna then practiced corporate litigation for a law firm in California before moving to Greece to be the legal and insurance manager for a cruise company. Anna joined Lockton P.L. Ferrari in 2005.

Courtney is experienced in the oversite and coordination of insurance brokerage and general account servicing for various clients with maritime exposures. She develops tailored programs for her clients by working closely with underwriters and keeping on top of market conditions and changing appetites. Her background is in brown water Hull, P&I and Marine Liabilities. Courtney joined the Lockton/Lockton P.L. Ferrari team in 2022 based out of Cleveland, OH and has a dual role as an Account Executive within the Lockton Global Marine Practice and a representative of Lockton P.L. Ferrari responsible for day-to-day account management and broking while closely coordinating with our global network of colleagues across practice groups. Courtney's previous roles include being an account executive at AON Global Marine. She holds a B.A. in Business Organization Communications with a Minor in Political Science from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. One highlight of her career has been her recognition by Risk & Insurance as a 2014 Marine Power Broker.

Stefano graduated from the Genoa High school in 1993 and joined the liner department of a Genoese company two years later in 1995. He moved to the in-house broking department where he has been working there for 10 years specializing in cargo, H&M and P&I placements and active both in underwriting and in handling claims. In 2008 he left that Company to join Lockton P.L. Ferrari insurance dept. Stefano has been engaged since then in program designing, marketing for international companies with worldwide operations as well as Reinsurance P&I placement for International Insurance companies in middle East and Far East. He has been enthusiastically serving Off-Shore clients. He has over 26 years working in the maritime sector oversees the global P&I broking activity as a Manager of Insurance of the Genoa Office. Since 2020 he’s a member of the Lockton P.L. Ferrari Board of Directors.

Gary joined Lockton P.L. Ferrari as Chief Commercial Officer having been at Steamship Mutual P and I Club for 35 years. Gary joined the Club from college in 1991, originally as a cargo claims adjuster. He moved on to manage crew and injury claims, predominantly in the American jurisdiction before becoming the Director for the Personal Injury Department. In 2005, Gary was appointed as Director of Underwriting for the Americas and in 2018 he was appointed as the Chief Underwriting Officer for the Club. He was made a Partner of the Clubs management team in 2009. Gary has held positions on a number of International Group sub committees including Personal Injury and Compulsory Insurance.

As Head of P&I, Singapore, Freddie has oversight of the P&I book of business for the region. This includes day-to-day servicing of accounts but primarily developing business and catalysing growth in the APAC area. Prior to his transfer from London, Freddie had been working with Lockton London since July 2021. Freddie has over 9 years’ experience in the Marine industry working in both an underwriting and then claims role at the Standard P&I Club (now NorthStandard), 3 months on secondment at Ocean Network Express and then moving to 4 Pump Court Barrister’s Chambers to help lead their shipping business development.

An experienced manager specialised in marine insurance, Giuseppe La Ferla holds a law degree from Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna. With over a decade of experience at various ship owners' offices, he has gained substantial expertise in marine insurance matters. Giuseppe joined Lockton P.L. Ferrari in 2024 as an Insurance & Claims Senior Executive, bringing expertise from leading roles at ship management companies.
