LONDON, MARCH 3rd, 2026—Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker has been working with Synechron, (formerly known as Cloobees), a leading global digital transformation consulting firm, to launch the Agentforce 360 Platform, Salesforce’s agentic platform. Lockton Re has been building a number of AI applications across the business and within its proprietary Analytics platform, Lockton Re SAGE, but this is the first time autonomous AI agents have been deployed to reason, make decisions, and take action across trusted non-personal enterprise data within Lockton Re’s global Salesforce environment.
Lockton Re leverages Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud (opens a new window) (FSC) as its core system of record. This foundation now integrates natively with the Agentforce 360 Platform, ensuring that agents are grounded in industry-specific data models and the full context of the business's unique workflows and policies, to enable superior relationship management.

Lockton Re’s Journey to Agentforce Lockton Re was founded on the principle of being born digital. Embracing AI and agentic AI is a core part of its current strategy.
