Our client had grown through acquisition, resulting in a decentralized benefits structure and fragmented strategy across the organization. With headcount rising and HR systems due an update, they wanted to streamline and consolidate their benefits program.

With a predominantly young workforce, the aim was to offer benefits that supported key life stages—such as buying a home, starting a family, and childcare—while also creating a global framework for future acquisitions.

Our Approach

Lockton benchmarked the client’s benefits, identifying gaps and opportunities to position them as an employer of choice. We facilitated workshops to explore new benefit options aligned to workforce needs, then carried out full market reviews to secure long-term, cost-effective arrangements with insurers.

We also advised on operational effectiveness, simplifying enrolment and strengthening communications. Working with insurers, we delivered engagement sessions to ensure employees understood the benefits on offer.
