LONDON, March 26, 2025 – Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Leo Flindall as Head of Professional and Executive Risk with immediate effect.
Leo joins from Marsh McLennan where he was Managing Director of Marsh McLennan’s Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) Practice. In his role as Co-Head of UK Transactional Risk, Leo also led the UK team advising on insurance solutions to support mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and restructuring events. He also served as PEMA UK Placement Leader, overseeing insurer relationships, product strategy, and placement execution.
Lockton’s appointment of Flindall signals a continued investment in strengthening its Professional and Executive Risk capabilities following the unification of its Global Financial Lines Practices, combining the expertise of over 750 Associates worldwide. The combined Practice provides clients with globally integrated advice and tailored solutions across directors and officers liability, cyber, professional indemnity, and other executive and financial risks.
