How to complain

The complaint shall be written as a regular letter or e-mail, and must contain the following:

  • Complainant's name and address

  • Name and address of the defendant company

  • The background for the complaint

  • Copy of contract between the client and the insurance or reinsurance brokerage firm

  • Complainant's signature
